A leading employment services company is looking for a Finance Assistant to support accounting functions within a manufacturing environment. Job description

This is an on-site position, within a manufacturing environment, previous experience within manufacturing is essential to this role.

Responsibilities

You will assist with monthly accounts to TB level and have experience with:

• Prepayments
• Accruals
• Fixed Assets
• HP and Loan entries
• Stock control
• Credit control
• Purchase and Sales ledger administration.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation of cash reporting
• Payroll preparation
• Banking- Upload of payments
• All associated tasks

To be considered for the role of Finance Assistant:

• AAT Qualified
• Accounting systems-Sage 50 knowledge and experience
• Experience in a finance role within the manufacturing sector
