We are London-based technology firm specializing in the hospitality sector, with deep expertise and a proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure for hotels, co-living spaces, upscale restaurants and spaces. Our services include installing and supporting network infrastructure, WiFi, CCTV, AV, Telephony, Access Control and telecoms such as business broadband, leased lines and VOIP.

What You’ll Do

• Visit customer sites to troubleshoot & fix broadband, Wi-Fi & general IT issues
• Coordinate fixes by liaising with thirdparty vendors and keep customers smiling
• Deliver exceptional service independently—with full backend support

What You’ll Need

Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

Reside within London as majority of our clients are based here.

What We’re Looking For

The job primarily requires knowledge of computers and networking. But don't worry, we will train you. What really matters to us is you are:

• Positive attitude
• Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus

What You’ll Get

£26k-28k starting salary

Flexible working hours around core hours of 10-4
