- Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard.
- Produce food timely for smooth service.
- Train and develop a team of up to 21 members.
- Ensure availability of all ingredients for the menu.
- Develop and plan menus to client expectations.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen team for up to 400 daily covers.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching.

Salary: £43,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, between 7am and 3pm
- To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
- Responsible for overall training and development of up to 21 team members
- To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
- To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
- To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers
- Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
- Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team in delivering up to 400 covers on daily basis
- Provide feedback and coaching on performance
- To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training
- Come from Restaurant background
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Good knowledge of food & hygiene
