Job Role: Soft Service Supervisor (Facilities Supervisor)

Salary: £34,931.68
Contract: Full Time - 39hrs

We are seeking a dedicated General Supervisor to join our team at HMP Wandsworth, a category B male prison.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.

We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking a candidate with:

• Recognised experience and supervisory skills in facilities management
• Experience of compliance
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements
• Relevant professional qualifications (facilities or project management)
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Strong organisational, time management, and people skills
