A talent management company in Bedford is seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to ensure product safety and compliance with legal requirements. The successful candidate will monitor product quality, perform essential safety checks, and ensure readiness for audits. Key responsibilities include accurate documentation, testing, and reporting any non-conformities. Candidates with experience in quality auditing and a keen eye for detail will excel in this role, offering a stable and permanent position in a dynamic environment.
Formación
- Experience in quality auditing in a food safety context is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform audits.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and test product quality against customer requirements.
- Ensure your area of responsibility is audit ready at all times.
- Perform metal detection checks on final products and report findings.
- Verify that product labels are accurate and properly documented.
- Conduct microbiological and nutritional testing as per schedule.
We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Quality Auditor to join one of our client'sin Bedford on apermanent basis. As a Quality Auditor, you'll be essential in monitoring product and food safety standards to ensure all products are safe and meet legal requirements and be audit ready at all times.
- Monitor and test product quality against customer requirements and schedules.
- To ensure your area of responsibility is audit ready at all times.
- Perform metal detection checks on all final products and report any findings.
- Complete online verifications of materials been produce to internal and customer specific specifications.
- Report any out-of-specification results or metal detection failures to your technical and operational colleagues. You'll also escalate issues to management if they aren't resolved.
- Ensure Certificates of Analysis are sent to customers by the agreed-upon deadlines.
- Verify that product labels and job sheets are accurate and properly documented.
- Conduct swabbing verification of swabbings for cleaning verification and allergenic controls.
- Collate and complete microbiological & nutritional testing as per the schedule
- Conduct on line and off line verification product checks through Organoleptic testing.
