A leading consultancy firm is looking for a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of Open Programmes. The role involves leading a team, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with institutional goals. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in program management and operational processes. A competitive salary between £40,000 and £60,000 is offered along with a generous benefits package.
We are looking for a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our clients Open Programmes and ensure they meet institutional goals. In this role, you will lead a team of Senior Programme Managers, manage resources and budgets, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to maintain high-quality, timely, and compliant programme delivery. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and implement new systems to enhance operational efficiency and participant experience. Our client is a leading international centre for business education, research, and executive development. Based within a world-renowned university, it brings together students, faculty, and professionals from around the globe to address real-world business challenges.
A salary in the region of £40,000 – 60,000, bonus and generous benefits package including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays is offered.
