A leading UK digital infrastructure and data‑centre operator is seeking an experienced Town Planner / Planning Officer to support planning and development activities across a growing portfolio of mission‑critical facilities.
This organisation owns and operates highly secure, technically advanced data centres supporting some of the UK's most demanding enterprise and cloud clients. With long‑term investment, a strong development pipeline, and an in‑house delivery model, they offer a stable and professional environment for senior planning specialists.
You will provide planning expertise across live and upcoming data‑centre developments, supporting applications, variations, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with local and national planning policy.
