Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with maintenance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Manage and register new assets in IFS.
  • Maintain high levels of service and customer care.
  • Produce planning KPIs for effective management.
  • Review work packages to embed key planning principles.

Skills

Facilities management experience in a large industrial environment
Familiarity with SFG20 maintenance specifications
Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practices
Ability to provide information for accreditation and compliance

Education

NC in Engineering or Facilities Management
IOSH qualification or equivalent
IWFM Level 4 qualification
