Are you a Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career? Carrington West are pleased to be working with a dynamic and well-respected planning consultancy in Central London who are looking to appoint an Associate Town Planner to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded planner with at least 10 years' experience to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including retail, trade, warehouse schemes, and food store/retail park developments.

Responsibilities:
·Leading a range of planning projects across the commercial sector
·Managing client relationships and liaising with local authorities and stakeholders
·Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
·Contributing to business development and mentoring junior staff

Requirements:
·Has 10+ years' experience in town planning (private consultancy or local authority)
·Possesses strong commercial sector experience
·Confident in managing and running projects independently
·Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Ambitious, career-minded, and passionate about their professional growth
·Doesn't need to bring a client base - a healthy pipeline of work is ready for you
