Join a forward-thinking technology company as a Project Planner in Bristol, where you'll play a crucial role in a high-profile project. This part-time position offers the chance to work alongside a Defence organisation, focusing on the fit-out of a new secure building. With your expertise in NEC4 and project planning, you will lead the development of comprehensive project plans and ensure successful execution. Qualifications
- Experience in NEC4 Programme planning and cost estimating.
- Proven ability to create construction plans and manage projects.

- Lead project planning for a new secure building fit-out.
- Prepare detailed project plans and manage resources effectively.

Bristol - 1 day a week onsite
£350 - £400pd Outside IR35
Part-time - 2/3 days a week
3 months, could be extended to 2027

iO are working with an innovative and rapidly growing Technology company who are looking for a Planning Engineer to join them on a contract basis
They are at the forefront of disruptive technology in the UK and are working in partnership with a Defence organisation to fit-out a new secure building
They need an experienced Project Planner who can hit the ground running and lead on this project, having a high level of competency and experience associated to NEC4, cost estimating and preparing detailed project plans.
We are looking for experience in:
- NEC4 Programme plan experience
- Construction plan creation/project experience
- Experience with P6 or Microsoft Project
- Develop resource profile from plans
- Roll-up of multiple plans to masterplan, including subcontract consultants
- RAID creation, administration and development
