Qualifications

  • Background in utilities, construction, infrastructure or facilities management is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Google apps is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Raising road opening notices with the local councils where required.
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to get work booked in.
  • Collecting the appropriate utility drawings for repair crews.
  • Running monthly reports for contracts managers and operations managers.
  • Maintaining Asset maintenance tool ensuring timely inspection.
  • Supporting the office manager with customer calls and raising investigation jobs.
  • Providing reception cover for the office manager.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Raising road opening notices with the local councils where required.

  • Running monthly reports for contracts managers and operations managers.
  • Maintaining Asset maintenance tool (Hexagon) ensuring all work is released for inspection in a timely manner.
  • Support the office manager with monitoring/taking calls from customers and raising investigation jobs.
  • Provide reception cover for the office manager.
  • Ability to maintain documentation, generate reports, and effectively coordinate between multiple parties while ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of liaising with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • IT literate.
  • Background in utilities, construction, infrastructure or facilities management would be advantageous.
