Job summary
A leading social care recruitment agency in West Yorkshire is seeking a Childrens Residential Home Manager for a full-time, 3-month placement. The position offers a competitive pay of £400 per day. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Social Work, relevant registrations, and at least three years of PQE experience. Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- Registered with Social Care Wales/Social Work England.
- At least 3 years PQE permanent experience within English LA.
- Completed relevant post-qualifying training.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a children's residential home and ensure quality care.
- Supervise staff and promote effective teamwork.
- Implement care plans in coordination with external agencies.
