A leading property management firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager, Construction to oversee project management and coordination in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of multi-family construction experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Competitive salary with additional benefits offered.
The Manager, Construction is primarily responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of all phases of assigned projects to meet objectives with respect to budgeting, estimating, value engineering, bidding, purchasing, contracting, and scheduling of assigned projects. This is in support of the Senior Director, Construction.
Base Pay Range: $118,500.00 - $160,100.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
