Role Overview:

This is a fast-paced and varied role covering all aspects of the lettings process. Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and attending property viewings, inspections, and inventories.
  • Managing tenant referencing, move-ins, AST documentation, deposits, and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance and maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Handling ongoing tenancy management to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.
