Conveyancing Assistant, Wakefield

A legal 500 law firm in Wakefield is looking to recruit an experienced conveyancing assistant to join their successful team. They are recruiting due to expansion; it's a really friendly and supportive team, so it's a very exciting time to join the firm.

The role will provide full support to the team of conveyancers, including:

1. Opening new files
2. Ordering searches
3. Dealing with exchanges
4. Setting up completions
5. Issuing mortgage reports
