A leading lettings agency in Harlow is seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role involves generating valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating agreements. The ideal candidate has sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a full UK driving license. Competitive OTE of £28k with uncapped commission and career advancement opportunities are offered. This position promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion.
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Exceptional customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold a Full UK driving license.
