Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply for planning and building regulations approval.
• Prepare specifications for tender and undertake tender analysis.
• Support Senior Surveyors in duties under various contracts.

Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of materials and construction types

Experience in writing specifications and schedules of works

Knowledge acting as a contract administrator (JCT)

Understanding of planning and building regulations

Significant site inspection experience

Confident in meetings with clients and contractors

Ability to independently produce reports

Prior experience of party wall services

Full UK Driving Licence
