About You

• Relevant degree qualified (Surveying/Construction Management)
• Proven track record as a Building Surveyor (ideally within a consultancy/client‑side environment)
• MRICS qualified or at least close to achieving such qualification
• Experience in successfully offering core building surveying services
• Comfortable in a client‑facing role and developing client relationships and new potential business
