A multi-disciplinary consultancy in the East Midlands is seeking a Building Surveyor to assess, protect, and enhance the built environment. The role involves conducting condition surveys, leading contract administration, and coordinating projects across various sectors. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in building surveying and a BSc in the field. The role offers a competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000, along with generous benefits including holiday, pension, and professional development opportunities.
