POSITION SUMMARY:

The Real Estate Coordinator will provide administrative and analytical support to the real estate team. This role offers hands‑on experience in lease administration, market research, and transaction coordination, helping the intern gain insight into the real estate operations of a retail business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Data Management & Administration:
  • Assist in maintaining lease records and updating databases.
  • Organize and file real estate documents and agreements.
Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct research on retail markets, demographics, and competitor locations.
  • Prepare summaries and reports for potential new sites.
Transaction Support:
  • Help prepare real estate decks for internal approvals.
  • Support due diligence activities for new store openings and renewals.
Coordination & Communication:
  • Schedule meetings and assist with project timelines.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
  • Ideally with or currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
