Senior Building Surveyor - London

I'm working exclusively with a highly respected, long-established building consultancy known for its technical excellence, supportive culture, and strong presence across the UK. They are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing London team.

This is an opportunity to step into a role with genuine variety, autonomy, and the chance to progress quickly within a thriving business.

The Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be working across a broad range of commercial instructions, including:

  • Technical due diligence
  • Dilapidations (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Project work including contract administration and project monitoring
  • Building surveys and PPMs
  • Party wall matters
  • Professional advisory work for high-profile investor, developer, and occupier clients

You will join a collaborative team, working alongside experienced Directors who will support your professional development while giving you room to lead.

What You'll Bring
  • MRICS qualification
