Job summary

A multi-disciplinary consultancy in the East Midlands is seeking a Building Surveyor to assess, protect, and enhance the built environment. The role involves conducting condition surveys, leading contract administration, and coordinating projects across various sectors. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in building surveying and a BSc in the field. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of commercial property and building pathology.
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
