Construction Project Manager - Civil and Commercial Construction - Base Salary to 130k/year - Lancaster, PA

• Our client is a fifth-, family-owned commercial construction company. Consistently ranking on the Top 400 Contractors list by Engineering News Record, their experience spans throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
• The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the profitability and loss control of each assigned project. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with customers, subcontractors, superintendents, and internal team members. Close monitoring of claims issues, labor, and material gains/losses is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project plans with the Superintendent and key team members to discuss execution strategies, challenges, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Demonstrating a high level of project knowledge, including reviewing project plans, specifications, and bids.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Supporting training and development of team members while building and maintaining client and industry relationships.
• Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively while upholding safety, compliance, and company values.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, specifically in water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects ranging from $10M to $35M in scope.
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP or construction management systems such as Viewpoint, Smart bid, Procore, New Forma, Adobe Docs, AIA, Bluebeam, as well as scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and document-sharing platforms like Box.com, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

• Base salary up to 130k/year.
