Management Accountant – Finance Business Partner
Location:Leicestershire Area
Salary:£40-45k + Benefits

Are you a finance professional with a passion for manufacturing? Our client is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast-paced production environment and play a key role in driving operational performance through accurate reporting and insightful analysis.

About the Role

As a Management Accountant, you’ll work closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver timely and accurate financial information. You’ll be responsible for preparing daily and weekly reports, supporting month-end processes, and providing costing and variance analysis to help shape strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce daily and weekly operational reports, including labour and material variances
  • Assist with monthly accounts, journals, accruals, and prepayments
  • Support product costing for new developments
  • Manage stock analysis, reconciliations, and fixed asset reporting
  • Prepare overhead budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis with department heads
What We’re Looking For
  • Part-qualified or newly qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or Qualified by experience
  • Experience in finance within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
