A leading transport organization in Wales is looking for an HR Policy Manager to develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with legal standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in writing policy documents and a strong understanding of employment legislation. This role involves continuous improvement within HR practices and collaboration with stakeholders, including Trade Unions. Knowledge of the Welsh language is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience writing people policy documents.
  • Experience in policy development and implementation.
