A leading provider of affordable housing is seeking a Building Safety Data Compliance Officer to manage and update property data on building safety remediation. This role is based in London on a full-time, permanent basis, requiring advanced Excel skills, knowledge of data management systems, and experience in building safety processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Our Building Safety Remediation Team is responsible for building safety investigations, remediation and installations, as well as setting up the systems required to deliver the requirements of future building safety legislation and guidance.
We have a new opportunity for a Building Safety Data Compliance Officer to join our London based team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Building Safety Remediation, the Building Safety Data Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing and updating property data relating to building safety remediation, ensuring that it is catalogued and managed accurately to support the production of the Golden Thread and regulatory building safety cases.
You will be part of a collaborative group, working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
This is a newly formed team, led by our Director of Sustainability and Building Safety. This is an exciting time to join us; it is a great opportunity to shape how the organisation works to ensure our buildings are safe.
