Our Development Scheme, a trailblazing initiative launched in 2017, has been scouting for the future stars of Health & Safety for the past six years. We believe in making training, studying, and full-time work not just feasible but incredibly exciting, both for you and for us. If you’ve taken the initiative to upskill yourself or earned qualifications, this is the golden opportunity to harness that knowledge and drive your career forward.

What You Need to Know:

• This is a full-time, permanent role.
• You’ll have the privilege of learning from our seasoned consultants, honing your overall H&S expertise, and preparing for a full-time, field-based consultant role.
• All training and qualifications are fully funded by us, and we’re experts at helping you strike the right balance between studying and working full-time (we’ve been perfecting it for 7 years!).
• Tech IOSH status is a must or at least proof that you’re on the path to achieving it.
• We’ll enhance your skills via the NVQ route while you gain hands-on experience in our field, technical, and content H&S teams.
• As this scheme leads to a regional role involving client site visits, a valid driving license (at least upon completing the scheme) is essential.

But the journey doesn’t end there! After successfully completing the program and earning your GradIOSH status, we’ll continue to support you through our IPD/CPD program to achieve CMIOSH status while working as a H&S Field Consultant.
