HSE Manager: Drive Safety Culture in Manufacturing
Résumé du poste
An established manufacturing and engineering company located in Sheffield is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Manager. This role is primarily focused on health and safety, with responsibilities including leading initiatives to improve safety culture, managing ISO45001 and ISO14001, and engaging with leadership for effective safety performance. The ideal candidate will hold at least a NEBOSH Certificate and have a background in manufacturing or engineering, with a salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent required.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering is essential.
- Proven track record of improving health and safety culture.
Responsabilités
- Lead health and safety initiatives, primarily focusing on SIM improvement.
- Engage with leadership to ensure strong safety performance.
- Conduct ISO45001 and ISO14001 management.
