What you'll do
As the Asset Compliance Manager, you will shape Southeastern's strategy for managing 165 stations through an innovative, data-driven approach. In this role, you'll develop an Asset Information Framework, transforming station operations from reactive to proactive. Collaborating with key teams and stakeholders, you will drive compliance, enhance maintenance planning, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
You will lead initiatives that leverage advanced BI tools like Tableau to create user-focused dashboards, set clear performance indicators, and champion data quality. If you're passionate about optimising operations and making a measurable impact through intelligent data management, we'd love to hear from you.
