Job description

Job Title: Technical & Compliance Manager
Location: Scunthorpe
Salary: £45,000 annum
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm

A full-clean UK license is required and the ability to travel to customers and suppliers as required to conduct trials and audits as required by the business.

The Job Summary: The role of the Technical & Compliance Manager is to deliver high quality pet products to market, managing a comprehensive quality management program ensuring all internal, customer, regulatory and legal requirements as related to manufacture of the product are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation and management of quality systems to ensure product safety and quality requirements are met.
  • Responsible for mitigating risk of non-conformances against internal, customer and regulatory specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all project activities, dependencies, and durations are captured correctly to ensure the systematic management of internal and co-manufactured NPD projects.
  • Perform on-site product testing as required.
