A healthcare provider in Eastbourne is looking for an Occupational Health professional to support workforce health and well-being. The role involves absence management, pre-employment health screenings, and providing expert advice. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification and be part of a dedicated team that values dignity, kindness, and inclusivity while offering numerous staff benefits including training and psychological support.
The Occupational Health (OH) department at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is a dedicated in‑house service, committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce. As a SEQOHS‑accredited service, we take pride in delivering safe, effective, and high‑quality care to all employees who use our service. We are a modern, responsive, and dynamic OH team, well‑equipped to meet the evolving needs of both our local NHS staff and the broader national workforce agenda – including initiatives such as the 'Growing OH' programme. Our service is constantly developing and improving, with a forward‑thinking approach that ensures we continue to meet the needs of our ESHT colleagues, now and into the future.
Ideally, applicants will hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification. We offer a supportive environment with access to both local in‑house training and nationally accredited development opportunities.
