We are looking for an engaging and forward-thinking Safety & Environmental Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you'll lead by example, inspire teams, and turn ideas into impactful actions. You'll set the standard for safety, health, and environmental practices across our multi-site operations.
The role is not just about compliance - it's about creating a safety culture that our people truly believe in, steering high-performing teams to success, and finding innovative solutions to reduce risks and improve sustainability.
You will play a vital role in shaping and delivering our SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) strategy, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while championing a proactive Culture of CARE across the organisation.
