A market leading organisation based near Doncaster is looking for an IT Support Technician to join the team on a full time basis. This role suits someone with solid first line and second line experience who enjoys a blend of user support and hands on infrastructure work in a fast paced environment.
- Delivering first line and second line support across the business
- Handling user issues across hardware software networks and general IT queries
- Supporting core infrastructure including servers networks and Office apps
- Troubleshooting Windows environments and keeping operations running smoothly
- Working closely with the wider tech team to resolve more complex issues
- Strong background in first line and second line support
- Good understanding of infrastructure networking and Windows environments
- Confident communicator who can support users at all levels
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable commuting to the Doncaster area and being on site five days per week
