Job Openings: 2x Senior Software Engineers - C#.Net - Up to £60K

Two experienced Senior Software Engineers are required for our client based in Nottingham to support the business with their ongoing product development and technology strategy. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience of and be passionate about developing highly scalable, secure and robust systems using a range of the latest technologies.

• Developing software across the companies full suite of products and services
• Take a lead role in all stages of the software development lifecycle as part of a highly collaborative and development team
• Lead agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning meetings and retrospectives
• Work closely with product managers/business analysts to refine requirements into deliverable user stories and tasks
• Act as technical SME supporting project teams across the business
• Investigating, designing, planning and estimating potential projects and features
• Mentoring and supporting other team members

• Demonstrable experience of design, implementation and maintenance of web-based SaaS capable of operating in an environment with a large user base.
• Strong experience in C# .NET
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Experience of mentoring team members in professional and personal development
• Strong communication skills demonstrating ability to embrace other opinions and provide solutions.
• Microsoft Azure PaaS technology for application development
• Infrastructure as Code scripting using Terraform
• Experience of working in a devOps environment
• Agile practices such as pair-programming, test-driven development and user stories
