The What...

We need a highly motivated Facilities Team Member to work alongside our centre team. You will maintain high standards at our centres, ensure lanes are operational, and liaise with staff and customers about faults.

You will receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and development to help you succeed and advance your career into management if desired.

Your professional and engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, supportive team player
• Flexibility with working hours and shifts
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
