A vibrant London borough is seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to lead the delivery of key strategic capital projects. The role involves managing complex, high-value projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Salary range: £66,378 - £69,984 p.a. inc. London weighting

Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Capital Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Council's key, strategic Capital Projects.
In this role, you will manage the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects, including :
You’ll manage multi-million-pound budgets, senior level governance arrangements, and complex inter-dependent project plans.
You’ll ensure that all projects meet critical timescales, are completed within approved budgets, and are delivered to a high standard.

The team delivers a wide range of capital projects for the Council and its residents. It is made up of Project and Programme Officers and Managers delivering real change to the borough through new and improved infrastructure and buildings. We work collaboratively across a number of Council Directorates, stakeholders and end users meaning that no two projects are the same.
