A leading entertainment resort in Bognor Regis is seeking a Stage Manager to lead the technical support team in the delivery of live shows. You will ensure high-quality performances, support visiting acts, and maintain technical standards across various events. The ideal candidate will have experience in live entertainment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. This role covers 40 hours a week in a dynamic event environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in live entertainment shows is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours across various events.
  • Knowledge of STAGE / AV / AUDIO / LX is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical support team for shows and events.
  • Ensure high standards in performance delivery.
