Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in London is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support 5 directors and the wider team. The role involves diary management, inbox management, and organising events, among other responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar support role and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Hours: 9.00 – 17.30

Company Overview:

We have just picked up a wonderful new role with one of our favourite clients. They are an environmental planning consultancy in Soho. The team are looking for a fabulous new member to join them in the role, supporting 5 directors and the wider team. The office is social, fun and a wonderful place to work. This position will involve traditional PA support along with some exciting projects such as BD, events and client entertainment. The role will suit someone who has a 3 – 4 years of experience in a support role such as Team Assistant, EA or PA. The successful candidate will be someone very organised, proactive, and happy to roll up their sleeves. They are an amazing company to be a part of; you will be well looked after working within a supportive team with a flat structure.
