A leading in-flight entertainment provider in the UK is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join its team. The chosen candidate will conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for in-flight entertainment systems on various aircraft models. Essential qualifications include an A, B1, or B2 license with type ratings on several aircraft. Qualifications
Must have an A or B1 or B2 license with Type Rating on (A380, A350, A330, A320, 787, 777, 767).
Experience in commercial aviation, military service, or technical school preferred.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure various working positions.
Responsibilities
Conduct line maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations on IFE systems.
Perform built-in and manual tests, troubleshoot failures, and replace defective parts.
Interface with customers, document repairs, and assist in inventory tracking.
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
Education
A or B1 or B2 license with Type Rating
