Job summary

- Coordination and delivery of projects
- Support the team in the preparation of the Project design and estimate
- Working on several projects at any one time
- Managing the works awarded to suppliers/subcontractors.
- Provide technical knowledge
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Pre-construction process plan
- Attendance of design meetings and site visits
- Management of scope change notices
- Managing project teams
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a design and build project delivery role within the water industry
- NEC 3 knowledge and experience
- HNC minimum in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- 18th Edition of BS7671 (Electrical only).
- Good communication skills.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD advantageous.
