Job summary

A dynamic organisation in the civil and maritime construction sectors is seeking a Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) based in Exeter. This senior management role involves leading the development of QHSE policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring a dedicated team. Ideal candidates will have extensive QHSE management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and relevant qualifications such as a degree and NEBOSH certification. The position offers a competitive salary of circa £60K - £65K PA along with excellent benefits including holidays and pension.

Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for extended hours/weekends as required
Salary: Circa £60K - £65K PA DOE

Are you an experienced QHSE leader with a passion for driving safety culture and operational excellence? We are seeking a Head of QHSE to join a dynamic organisation operating within the civil and maritime construction sectors. This senior management role offers visibility across the business and the opportunity to make a significant impact on quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

About the Role

As Head of QHSE, you will:

  • Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.

What We're Looking For
