Job Specification: Interim Marketing Manager (9-Month FTC)

Salary: Up to £50,000

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days from home, 3 days in the office (Warrington)

Contract: Fixed-term, 9 months

Role Purpose

The Interim Marketing Manager leads the introduction, execution, and optimisation of commercially focused marketing programmes. This role is responsible for delivering channel‑specific campaigns, implementing global marketing initiatives locally, and driving customer‑centric commercial strategies across the UK and Ireland.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Training stakeholders to ensure successful product and service launches, while also leading the local marketing team and acting as a key owner of customer success and partnership programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead channel‑specific commercial marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities that promote products and services across relevant channels.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Training teams on launch planning and execution.
  • Own Customer Success topics and drive partnership programme development.
  • Lead the local implementation of global commercial programmes and initiatives.
  • Develop new marketing approaches, applications, and relationships to support business growth.
  • Demonstrate a continuous‑improvement mindset and drive innovation within the team.
  • Act as budget owner for designated marketing channels.
  • Serve as process owner for marketing workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop and refine commercial marketing policies and processes.
  • Analyse key performance indicators and propose corrective or optimising actions.
  • Lead and coach the local marketing team, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
