Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket, is an award-winning world-class stadium and venue. It is recognised as one of the UK's most prestigious venues for sport, business, leisure and entertainment with a capacity of up to 50,000 people for concerts; 26,000 for international cricket matches; meetings and events spaces for up to 2,000 delegates; a four-starhotel with 250 rooms;and an on-site Caffè Nero.

£12.20 - £16 per hour dependent on experience

Job responsibilities

• Supports the kitchen team to ensure that all food items for the business are prepared and served on time and meet quality and quantity standards.
• Support the kitchen team to maintain the cleanliness in all assigned areas and completes all due diligence paperwork.
• Support the kitchen in minimizing spoilage and waste, ensuring that produce is stored correctly, portion control is adhered to and any waste is recorded.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with all team members and clients
• Communicating effectively to team members.
• To be aware of all legislation that is relevant to your work and ensure that all legal requirements are met including: Food Safety, Health and Safety at Work, PPDS, Allergens, COSHH, Environmental Health, Fire Precautions and any others.
• Adherence to all Policies and procedures

• Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of culinary service
• Heaps of energy, positivity & enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
• Fantastic communication skills
• A high standard of personal presentation
• The ability to work as a team and independently when required
