Are you a Regional Sales Manager from an Electrical Systems background, looking to join a multi-company organization with a multi-billion pound turnover? In this role, you will manage a team and play an integral part in driving sales across the North.

This role involves 50% travel supporting and managing a team of 5 External Sales Representatives, and 50% work from home. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, monitoring KPIs, and making high-level decisions.

The company is a leading global manufacturer specializing in drive automation solutions, including gearmotors, frequency inverters, and motion control systems for various industrial applications.

The role is suitable for a Regional Sales Manager or similar with experience in Electrical Systems (Power Transmission, Conveyors, Bearings, Pumps, Motors) and looking to advance their career.

• 50% field-based, 50% remote work
• Managing 5 External Sales Representatives
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Covering the North patch
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

• Experienced Regional Sales Manager or similar
