Job summary
A leading care service provider is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager in Hertfordshire to oversee a well-established 35-bedded residential care home. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, and a strong track record with CQC standards. We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to take the lead in a well-established residential care service in the Hertfordshire area. The home provides long-term residential, dementia, respite, and day care for older people and those with complex needs, with a strong reputation for high-quality, person-centred care.
The service was rated Good across all areas at its last CQC inspection and now requires a proven leader to maintain and further develop standards of excellence.
