We are currently seeking flexible and reliable Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply work in a range of well-managed secondary schools across Hemel Hempstead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and want to gain experience across multiple school settings. Day-to-day cover gives you the flexibility to work when it suits you, with no long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of teaching staff
Ensuring students stay on task and follow school behaviour policies
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
Providing feedback to staff about class progress and conduct
Adapting to different school environments and subject areas
Being punctual, proactive, and dependable for daily assignments
What We re Looking For:
Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting
Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management
Adaptability and resilience across varied schools and age groups
A professional attitude and clear communication skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
