Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to meet customer needs.
• Responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Attend call outs if the store alarm is activated.
• Supervise and support team members on shift.
• Cash up and balance tills in line with company procedures.
• Promote the image and brand of the company.
• Merchandise store according to store standards.
• Sell and promote offers to customers.
• Process all sales transactions accurately.
• Adhere to all Company security measures.
• Use systems for price checking and stock control.
• Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
• Complete relevant training requirements.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards.
