Job description
What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented individual to join the team at South Hunsley School and Sixth Form as an LRC Supervisor. The post holder will play a key role in providing comprehensive and effective administrative support to our Sixth Form Team.

Working hours

Up to 30 hours per week as part of a job share, during the school term. Working pattern:

  • Monday and Friday 08:00–16:30
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00–13:00

An additional five days per year are paid, enabling attendance at team meetings, training and development outside normal working hours. Salary: £18,101.64 per annum, paid in 12 equal instalments.

The post holder is required to ensure that students behave appropriately whilst they undertake independent study, monitor ICT equipment and refer to ICT support where necessary.

Qualifications and experience
  • Good standard of education including literacy and numeracy (Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Experience of working in an administrative role.
  • Excellent ICT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Demonstrable experience of completing a wide range of administrative tasks with accuracy and speed.
