Job Description

Our Client is a building services specialist, experienced in providing complete mechanical and electrical services to large scale city centre projects. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join an exciting and fast-growing team. (Perm)

Their ideal candidate will:

• Have worked on high-end apartment builds previously.
• Be used to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a strong leader who can provide solutions quickly.
• Report into a site-based Project Manager.

Duties will include:

• Overseeing electrical aspects of the project.
• Carrying out QA and snagging reports.
• Completing H&S paperwork.
• Package management.
• Leadership and teamwork.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site.
• Experience in working on high-rise/office blocks.
• Attending project progress meetings.
• Coordinating direct staff and subcontractors to ensure the project is run in line with the programme.
