- Current enhanced DBS check is required.

- Collaborate with agencies to aid clients' specific needs.
- Maintain support plans and risk assessments.

- Expected Length of Contract: 9-10 months with potential to extend or become permanent

- Provide a holistic and positive approach to solution-focused support.
- Work with around 5 to 8 customers at any one time to maintain high-quality service.
- Be part of a larger team who support people with complex needs in the Honiton area.
- Collaborate with other agencies around specific needs including mental health, substance misuse, benefits, private letting agents and landlords, and/or others.
- Explore options around education, training and employment.
- Write, review and update support plans and risk assessments.
- Adopt a positive approach towards risk management.
- Experience in a similar role would be desirable.
- Passion for helping people in the local community is important.
- A current enhanced DBS check will be required.
