A government department in the United Kingdom is seeking a Videographer to join their Marketing Team. The role involves creating engaging video content that communicates departmental policies and priorities. Responsibilities include storytelling, working with senior stakeholders, and producing high-quality video under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in video production and a proactive mindset.
DWP’s Marketing Team use evidence, insight and expertise to deliver effective and innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. Our marketing campaigns address complex challenges to maintain trust and influence audience behaviour either directly or by increasing engagement with DWP’s policies and services.
Our key role is to deliver joined-up strategic communications activity both across government and within DWP to support the Department to achieve its core goals that ladder up to the Government’s Growth and Opportunity Missions outlined in the Plan for Change.
As Videographer, you will be responsible for bringing DWP’s creative video strategy to life and producing organic and paid content for our social media channels within the Marketing Team.
You will create engaging and high-quality content that communicates departmental policy and ministerial priorities. You will report to the Video Team Manager.
